| 1. Bust | Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. |
| 2. Waist | Find your natural waist (the narrowest part), usually above the belly button. Measure around this area. |
| 3. Sleeve Length | With your arm relaxed at your side, measure from the shoulder tip to the wrist. |
| 4. Hips | Measure around the fullest part of your hips, usually about 8-10 inches below your waist. |
| 5. Inseam (for pants) | Place the measuring tape in top of the inner thigh to the bottom of the ankle. It’s best to measure a pair of well-fitting pants. |
| 6. Shoulder Width | Measure from one edge of one shoulder to the edge of the other. |
| 7. Full Length | Place the tape at the highest point of the neck and let the tape fall perpendicular to the floor. [Without heels] Record where the tape touches the floor. [With heels] Measure with your desired heels on. |
